В Україні кожен автовласник має можливість обрати та забронювати бажаний номерний знак для свого транспортного засобу за допомогою онлайн-сервісу через Кабінет водія. Це зручно, швидко і законодавчо врегульовано відповідно до Постанови КМУ №137 від 10 лютого 2023 року.

Що передбачає послуга бронювання номерного знаку?

Сервісні центри МВС надають платну послугу присвоєння номерного знаку з індивідуально обраною буквено-цифровою комбінацією, а також можливість попереднього бронювання такого знака на строк до 10 календарних днів.

Доступні варіанти при реєстрації або перереєстрації авто:

• залишити чинні номерні знаки на транспортному засобі;
• закріпити номерні знаки, які зберігаються на відповідальному зберіганні у сервісному центрі МВС (раніше були закріплені за цим або пов язаним авто);
• вибрати та забронювати доступний номерний знак із бази вільних комбінацій.

Серія номерного знаку визначається за місцем проведення реєстраційних дій, а не за місцем проживання власника.

Як скористатися онлайн-послугою вибору номерного знака

Для бронювання бажаного номерного знаку необхідно авторизуватись у Кабінеті водія через банківський ID, електронний підпис або Дія.Підпис. У розділі «Електронні послуги» доступна опція «Бронювання номерних знаків», де можна:

• обрати область України та сервісний центр МВС,
• вказати тип транспортного засобу,
• переглянути актуальні доступні номерні знаки в реальному часі.

Доступні для замовлення типи ТЗ:

• легкові автомобілі,
• вантажні автомобілі,
• автобуси,
• мотоцикли та мопеди,
• причепи й напівпричепи.

Звертаємо увагу, що один номерний знак закріплюється лише за одним транспортним засобом.

Вартість послуги

Станом на 2025 рік, приблизна вартість складається з таких компонентів:

• 360 грн — за вибір бажаної комбінації;
• від 2 400 до 96 000 грн — за преміальні комбінації (залежить від типу ТЗ та цифр);
• 10,8 грн/день — за кожну добу бронювання (максимум 10 днів);
• близько 300 грн — вартість металевого номерного знака (залежить від регіону);
• 350 грн — адмінпослуга реєстрації/перереєстрації авто;
• 540 грн — за бланк свідоцтва про реєстрацію;
• додатково — комісія банку чи платіжної системи.

Що буде, якщо не завершити реєстрацію вчасно?

Якщо протягом 10 днів після бронювання власник не звернеться до сервісного центру МВС для реєстраційної дії, номер автоматично повертається у вільний список. Повернення коштів можливе за письмовою заявою до Регіонального сервісного центру МВС. Повторне бронювання тієї ж комбінації можливе, якщо вона ще не закріплена за іншим авто.

Як отримати заброньований номерний знак

Отримання номерного знака здійснюється в тому самому сервісному центрі МВС, де було зроблено бронювання. Під час реєстрації або перереєстрації авто видається нове свідоцтво про реєстрацію разом із вибраним номерним знаком. Отримати їх може власник або його представник із нотаріально засвідченою довіреністю.

• absence of a license plate;

How to restore license plates?

The procedure for restoring license plates includes the following steps:

1. Contact a license plate manufacturing company by placing an order in the office, online through the website, or by phone.
2. Provide the Vehicle Registration Certificate and an identity document.
3. Receive the restored license plates.
